What anime are you guys watching now?

Nope, didn't like it. Bored me to tears. Even GunGrave had more going init and Monster had a plot to bend yer mind in more than five ways even if it lacked action.

Err, are we talking about same GunGrave? The one where story is interesting up to halfway and then deteriorates to some senseless zombie mutant killfest? I really started to hate that series towards the end. Then again it feels like nearly any anime series tends to get bad towards the end, but GunGrave really ticked me off.
And I loved Samurai Champloo, definitely one of the better samurai related anime series I've watched (close second to Rurouni Kenshin episodes 1-66 & beats Samurai 7 by an inch).

It's not like the start lets you expect anything else. Or did you just forget halfway watching?

Well yeah, I recall 1st episode showed us the main hero blasting mutants to bits and pieces... I might have phrased my sentence poorly, what I ment was that story had so much potential and it could have had far better/more interesting ending. It could have been genuinely good anime adaption of Godfather -series had they just dropped Necro Rise and all that mumbo jumbo from the story altogether. It's like playing a videogame that has good build-up early on, good plot twists and turns midway but totally f***ed up ending, you see the potential is there but they wasted it towards the end... and THAT is why I didn't like GunGrave's later episodes.

Same with Claymore. Showed the first episode with the MC hacking and slashing enemies. Story is a dud. :/

also, Nazis don't exist. Its all a bedtime story you tel your kids.

I finished Vampire Knight & Vampire Knight Guilt just the other day... frankly I don't know what to think of it, it didn't leave major impression on me but neither was it annoying or stupid.

And I started with Boogiepop Phantom. After 3 episodes I have no clue what's going on but it's some trippy and scary stuff.
