Boost grenades have less of a tradeoff and are primarily used. That is why. The extra mobility is invaluable and the (from what I remember) larger splash radius make it used more than frags. I don't think this is a good idea. Boost grenades are probably the most valuable weapon to stop people...

My thoughts on the cores, armors, and weapons. Cores probably aren't going away, so better it's better to think about how to change them rather than what the game would be like without them (which was the same old same old in need of new stuff). Note I haven't played much in the last 2-3 weeks...

I wouldn't mind seeing a "direct hit" version of the rocket that's in between the bolt and rocket launcher in terms of speed. Smaller splash damage than RL and the same inheritance.

You could give the skybolt a buff over distance without nerfing it at close range, really. Just don't make it do too much damage. Blaster is pretty good but still has very little improvement over rockets. Maybe we should make successive DoT stacks do a little more damage. I also think raider...
