Unreal Tournament 4
Being made by Epic along with the community on their new Unreal 4 Engine

Reborn
Made in Sweden by Quake pros (2GD, Nocits, Fazz, Fox) and an anonymous programmer. They have a playable "pre-alpha" version that I've been playing. The default "robot" has similar physics to the Quake engine, but there will be a few more with their own unique set. Guns are a blend of Quake and UT with alternate fire. There will be skills that take energy, such as a double jump, a blink, or wallsliding.

Project Nex
Another UT/Quake like hybrid made on the Unity Engine. It also features things like wallrunning and a simplified bunnyhop (no more strafe jumping). Here's some select gameplay:

Reflex
Reflex looks like a straight up CPMA remake with better graphics. If you don't know what CPMA is, it's an awesome Quake mod. If vanilla Quake physics are Tribes, CPMA is Legions. Air control out the ying-yang and super fast gameplay. Watch this (NOT Reflex gameplay):
