Mine at the moment would have to be the little sneaky Chromium-OS that I've got running on my memory stick. Boots straight off it and instant access to the web. Though I've noticed some problems so far, nothing you can't get round. Tried it on my main and my netbook at the moment, and on it right now

I've been really enjoying Windows 7 Home Premium edition. My only gripe with Windows is its higher cost, but for gaming (which is what I primarily do) it's perfect for me.

With that said, Ubuntu was an enjoyable experience as well, and will likely power my HTPC when I get around to building it.
