Update Problems...

After the latest update, hosting your own server on windows is a bit broken...

1. When starting the server its does not send heartbeat to server nor ping master server which is fixed by manually entering..
$Host::BroadcastMaster = true;
Network::startHeartbeats();
Please fix, i would love it to do this automatically like before.

2. It doesn't point to the config file like it should for some reason. No matter how i change to confog file, it always runs at default....

Example.....
A. started automaticly with no heartbeats .....

B. After Manually telling it to start heartbeats and broadcast to server it works.

Isn't that because it's running on Windows? I thought it was only Linux that uses --

You shouldn't modify config.cs anyway, as it's a file we provide and can change.

The idea is that you copy the file, and specify a different --server-config to be loaded.
