Enter your router admin user and pw, find port forwarding.
Get your local IP and then slam that in as well as the port.

If you don't understand that, just google it.

What should I choose for:

• Predefined service?
• Name?
• Start Port?

name is whatever you want it to be (so legions). start port and end port go together because they comprise the range of ports that you want to forward but since you only need 28001, enter 28001 in both. use http://canyouseeme.org/ to check if you've done it right
