Do you know what does the word 'opinion' mean? Well let me tell you that different people have different opinions, hence some will like the update but some will always whine. iOD is literally fine, regardless of whether everyone agrees on it or not. The only place where everyone will agree upon something is probably the church. Last place to look for such agreement is the internet.
I have already mentioned that, whatever I think it is, it is my opinion, you may check my previous posts if you're not sure. Unlike most people on the internet, this naive person, you like to teach about opinions and their worth, is neither condescending in his posts, nor goes to church.
And by the way, I think you should pay more attention to your posts next time.
Sent is LITERALLY fine the way it is.
iOD is literally fine, regardless of whether everyone agrees on it or not.
Those two sentences bring about two different discussions.
Just to be clear, I never had a problem with iOD before. It's just that, to me, Sentinel seems overpowered right now, and Mortar seems to be one of the reasons. I was just trying to provide a solution by mentioning my idea of Sentinel variants. By removing iOD from the Mortar variant, the Sentinel has the long range, and power of the Mortar, but lacks the defensive capabilities of the iOD. By replacing the Mortar with the Cluster Grenade, on the Cluster variant, the Sentinel will have the ability to set up mines, while being able to iOD block incoming Cappers. And it is for this variant, that I was mentioning the flaws(yes,
in my opinion, they are) of the iOD, and points at which they can be rectified.
