Have you considered creating the rangefinders/wind compensators a bit more transparent, and replacing the sight dot with a bright red dot? Also, I'm sure a box of thin red lines around the center sight wouldn't hurt too much, but do whatever you like. I just find the whole reticle and all its nooks and crannies a tad bit distracting...
