Staff changes, Private Tester update

There would probably be alot of scheduling problems for Euros (except GReaper, I don't think he ever sleeps) at this point in testing. We're working together with the dev team, which is almost entirely American, and don't really do anything until later in the day/night, so most Euros with jobs would have trouble with that. That's not to say that Euros will never be a part of it though, obviously, but as Bugs said they just wanted to get a group of people they know, that know each other and that could start right away on testing.

Don't go slitting your wrists if you didn't get selected for the initial draft. It's merely the first round of Private Testers, they will add more as they are needed. Do not fret my sons.
