You can make and distribute your own "killsound" packs, as long as you link it to THIS MOD. This is to keep everyone on the latest version.

You can change the sounds played on a killstreak.
The files are in the zip file:
..\mods\autoexec\KillSounds

The order that they play in is:
3 KillingSpree
4 Rampage
5 Dominating
6 Unstoppable
7 Godlike
8+ Ownage

Update Thoughts
Strange Glitch, When you respawn you get an extra "kill"
Resulting in needing a 3 kill streak if you re spawn, and a 4 kill streak if you get killed.
Add "First Blood" for team
Add popup text when a kill streak is achieved.

I'd still like to see the Quake "Excellent" sound used for 2 frags in 2 seconds. Perhaps included with this.

talking about fps drop-down, most of the scripts that i use disrupt my fragile graphic card(you saw me lag today, not from internet, it was fps)

Have not used yet, however I am wondering if respawns cancel the killstreak? Kind of think that's unfair as respawns aren't caused by other players...Meh lol

Another custom script while I am working on MultiKills. (Don't forget to say "please" ;) )
Again, not tested, but should work. Inbox me if you have any issues.

To use, change the .cs file and just add "Humiliation.wav"

This may be added to the next version. (What do you think? Should it be included by default, or have to add your own sound in order for it to work?)
