No ETA yet. Some of the community members were getting together to work out a solution here, I don't know if those plans were put on hold due to the SG/JP server release.
With that said, we're looking into bringing user hosted servers to the community in the future, I think this will go a long way into bringing more playable servers for our attractive Aussie audience.
