Currently watching the cast, I'm on 11 minutes and I'd like to give my suggestion regarding PUGs and the teambalance issue:
PUGs should be filled up in a way where half people are veterans and other half is newbloods. Sure, it's the big names that'll settle the outcome, but the game would be more interesting if there's newbloods involved too.
Isn't PUGs mainly about having fun and learning new things & more deeply about teamplay?

Other reason I've been inactive in PUGs is the organizing itself (which is rather poor), PUGs I've been in consisted of one or two matches.. after that people decide to have a knitting club's meeting and do idle chatter for two hours. And after that people get bored and everybody leaves. Fun? Not really IMO.
