Legions is so boring...

I bet all the Asians will agree with the thread title.
Seems like developers are only interested in Eurpe and America,Asia has been completely ignored.
They want us to get all donations,can't even provide a medium,no proper response,completely centered towards America and Europe and no awareness towards the needs of Asian community.
Conclusion:L:O is dead ,boring,we feel ignored,left to ourselves to do whatever we can and no help from the developers.

I agree with him to a certain extent, but the developers aren't responsible for everything 'Asian'. Its us Asians or at least those who reside in Asia to step and take responsibilities. All L:O Asia related topics are being discussed here. Feel free to join us and provide us with some of your opinions! With a little support, we, can make this happen. :p

Most games do acknowledge Asians but do not provide servers for them etc... take popular games such as Runescape, WoW, Club Penguin even?*
Just give it some time buddy! Play on the US/EU servers. I've met some great people, downloaded Vent, TS3 met some moar even cool people. And made some videos with them, so not all is at lost!
*Don't flame me for this, I'm just making examples.

Could you possibly be more of an ungrateful child? This game would have fallen into dust with IA's closing down had it not been for a small group of fans and coders who held it together. They do this without getting paid (.....) and on their own time. It's not their fault you live in asia where the legions player communtiy is like half that of the americas( I would say skill level as well but that would create quite a shitstorm :p). Suppose a few people from Madagascar started demanding their own servers. If you were one of the OD developers, would that not piss you off? People easily forget how this game stays afloat, they get hypnotized by the gameplayability and enjoyment of teh Leejunz even in high ping and then something snaps in their brain, they start demanding their own *dancing* servers. If you went about it in an intelligent and peaceful manner perhaps you might get better results.

Correct me if im wrong but isn't there a japan server up right now?
I'm pretty sure they are trying as hard as possible to try to accommodate everyone but limited money leads to limited resources.

Says the dude from Australia... Actually to be honest, I think all this base player count America is bullshit, at peak hours I only see 2/3 servers full.

Before this becomes a flame war,
The Legions community/Devs has acknowledged the Asian community although not enough donations come from this part of the world, they don't have enough money from that specific part to run up a new server.

And as someone above said, they made a test Jap server.

I only live in Korea but the Asian genius has rubbed off on me. Sometimes she even does it for free. :p

On a serious note though, Ocarina you already did say that the Asian community is less skilled and the *chocolate cookies* storm starts here. How you can say that I don't know. The Asia community is fragmented at best and they constantly have to deal with high ping so they are not on every day like the other world regions are. The players I know that play in 300+ ping can take on a skilled 30 pinger and match them blow for blow. I am not talking about a super player in 30 ping but an above average one. The 300+ pingers that I play with catch the flag almost without fail, cap like cats with jalapeno enemas, fight like demons and generally KICK ASS. I can mention some names: Maxter, Vampiress, KB, Eggegg, Twistedshaz, Danial215...these are all players who play at 300+ on the US servers and more than hold their own. Frankly you don't know what you are talking about. Wait until there is an established server and the great Asia players will start coming out of the woodwork.

I don't really know why Bang was foolish enough to write what he or she wrote but it was out of line IMO. The feelings of frustration I can relate to but the lack of appreciation, not. I am just saying that for the record. All the points I would have made have already been made in this thread and all I can add is that we (most of the Asian community) are just very appreciative of all the devs have done for us and we are behind them 100%.

It's the same with same of the Aus players Karnage. I can get a 300-400 ping on US servers. Both Asian and Australian player deserve some credit...

I was only joking Karnage. It was just a cheeky stick-pointing. A harmless jest. Humans do it to each other all the time. It's called humour. Funny that your so worked up about it! Calm down brooo!!:D

Not worked up mate. Don't worry. I understand and it's all good. You know how it is though. Sometimes it's really frustrating because you know you could be doing so much better if you only had the ping...
