Well I assume that the first decision could be overriden during the original cd period.

No, removing friendly fire would only encourage weapon spamming.

As for chat spam, there was flood detection to prevent that.

Games can have auto kick features to kick people that have X amount of TKs within Y time. Or moderators. :) Doesn't need to be a removal of friendly fire (which would be terrible)

Totally agree with you. Friendly fire should do damage. I just hate those jokers that TK just to be A'holes. As for spamming there was THAT guy that did it all the time in the public server ( I can't remember his name), drove everyone crazy it was almost hypnotic that when he stopped you could still hear in your head " we need more defense" over and over again.
 
I think the topic is over with. Everyone said what they think, which is what I wanted to see. We aren't going to discuss what is staying and why in here (well I'm not).
If someone wants some old/nerfed content back then make a thread in suggestions.
