Hosting a server: have i done everything right?

This is all i have done is it correct? if not, what do i need to do in order to make my server visible?

No, i think it may have something to do with my router. I checked that my port was open with PortChecker and it said that may port was open. But it also stated that the "Ping result: We were not able to ping your router". I'm not sure what to do and what that means :/ Thanks for your help.
