The public test channel servers currently suffer from memory leaks. The only server which has enough RAM to deal with this is Hotswap - and even then we can only run a single public test server on it. Hopefully it should be addressed at some point, but until then we're just running a single...

Other thing I could do with is actual stats on the number of players on each server and which map is being played, which would take time itself to sort and analyse.

Need a longer sample, you've only done 138 ping requests in that one. Your WiFi looks fine though, it's your connection in some way. What router/routers are you using? Are you using the superhub for WiFi? Also - is anything else uploading on that connection to saturate it in bursts? Seems...

2nd hop is absolutely fine. It's possibly a slightly congested link between Hurricane Electric and our providers network. Not much you can do about it I'm afraid.

Don't use the public test channel for live servers, switch to the live channel in your Legions Launcher to connect to our dedicated servers.

You're dealing with WiFi, it uses unlicensed spectrum which is prone to other devices abusing it, and problems from microwaves. Maybe it could've been something else entirely - but you'd need to figure out how to debug it yourself.
