Personally I wouldn't mind seeing Nivosus & Moonshine removed from Small Maps servers entirely and replace them with shrinked large maps. Or by NEW maps.

Have you checked your firewall settings? I'm guessing it's either that or main server being too busy (in which case you'll have to wait or head over to IRC channel and ask what's the status).
