ye, the server issue is a big problem for legions future. The game is just so fast thats its really not feasibly or competitive if you have to play at anything over 100 ping. as a result ppl dont play here in Austraila.

what about simply not allowing llamas unless your teams flag is not present? that would reduce the amount of them by a fair bit at least

I just tested the ping and upload at a cafe near my house where the ping was 4ms and the upload was over 4 megabit. This is WAY better than what I get at home (20ms/.8 Mbts upload) and made me think that I could potentially host a server at my house that would be sufficient for Aussies to use...

this probably doesnt change your advise but I am not getting the classic 'BSOD' with the bright navy blue and dos text that I have seen before in XP, this is a pale blue screen with no text, then it just reboots the computer. anyway, thanks for feedback.
