Goodbye Shazbot servers, hello Phoenix!

Not worthy of a thread in announcements, but thought I'd mention it here.

The [DE] Shazbot servers have been shut down, and the [UK] Phoenix servers are up and running as a replacement. Server admins should be the same as the Hotswap server.

Are these servers temporary, as in if the [DE] servers were to be brought back, would these be taken down?

I get around 20-30, was expecting lower because I'm on this amazing thing called fibre.

I think location and how far you are from the host will have more of an effect than you're speed/type of internet.
