Good job i have my other computer! Just looking now on a graphics card upgrade! :D

This is gunna sound so silly but could i get a Decent graphics card for like 40 pounds? Maybe 50? i'm scraping all my money :L Atm i have a NVIDIA Geforce 6200 and i think i have a APG bus thingy. Not to sure is this can help you but it says tranfer rate 4x and max supported 4x. Does this mean my bus supports AGP 4X? I have no clue :L

sory to say AGP x4 is slow you wouldnt really be able to find many 4x AGP cards unless you endlessly search ebay. and research alot into what GFX cards are x4 and not x8

Cheers mate, i'll have to just stick with this graphics.
Just asked the daddy, and he's gunna buy me a gaming Pc.

The main problem for young computer gamers is the fact that they always have *chocolate cookies* machines to play said games on. Felt so awesome when I played legions on my machine for which I built it for!

First I'd suggest looking for the most important components such as:
GPU
Motherboard
CPU
Case (Make sure the motherboard fits inside it)
PSU
Blahblahblah

Budget?
Just finished mine recently and it was only 740$
AMD 4100 - quad core amd3+ 3.6 ghz
Coolermaster- Enforcer
gigabyte motherboard for 120$ ( sale normally 180)
600W psu antec - 120$
radeon 6870- local store for 150$
15$ dvd reader/burner

owch.

Actually there is no point buying a new pc now anyway... Wait until the new line of Nvidia/AMD products are out. Pretty sure Nvidia will slap AMD.

Probs, but lets not forget that AMD has made a huge step forward with its 7000 series so far.

Intel processors are way better then the AMD core.
I've planned 0n making a rig specs are like :
EDITED Intel i7 2600k (Sandy bridge) It can be overclocked to 3.8Ghz
8GB Ram (Corsair)
1000W PSU
SLI card(thats for later),I'll be using my old 1gb graphic card.
Dvd burners and such
ROG(Asus mother board,not sure about it's name)
This is just costing me around 1000 or so. (AUD)
