Defender, please, for the love of God, stop trying to get me involved with Legions.I will ask ilys, who is the main code guy for Legends the Game, if he knows anyone or maybe even he mite offer to code it...
I kinda remember asking you to help with some thing a long time ago, You make it sound like I'm asking you often to get involved, Not True..Defender, please, for the love of God, stop trying to get me involved with Legions.
You've been posting about FE:L and L:O since 2008 on my OWN forums, a lot of it complaining about the differences in mapping features and asking why Tribes2 and Legends can have those features and Legions cannot. The answer has always been very simple; They Are Not The Same Engine.I kinda remember asking you to help with some thing a long time ago, You make it sound like I'm asking you often to get involved, Not True..![]()

Reading your posts on this forum, you've done pretty much the same (although, you've released more maps for Legions than Legends. I feel very hurt.), asking why Legions does not have the same features as Legends, e.g. more terrain texture slots, letting the players disable precipitation, etc.
Grassy came up with 3 players last night :/
Especially if that someone is the mighty Defender, paragon of virtue and all that's right and good. And of Lara Croft porn, don't forget about Lara Croft porn. I mean, someone has to do it, right? We're all incredibly thankful.[...] You should be happy some one posted in your forums. [...]
This game is not TGEA, it's called "Juggernaut." It was an hybrid engine that brought features from TGE, TGEA, and other heavily customized bits. We inherited what we have. If you or someone you know is able to change it, feel free to reach out to me.Asking for more terrain texture painting slot options is not a crazy request for this game since it runs on TGEA, and your game does it on the older TGE.![]()
This is not practical given the resource constraints of the community and the complexity of the engine code being cobbled together from a lot of things. All a legions dev has to say is its not practical or possible, and none of them ever have.
Me, me, sir! Pick me!If you or someone you know is able to change it, feel free to reach out to me.
It would be an honer to get picked.Me, me, sir! Pick me!
Naa, that would be a bad idea. Would be too difficult to resist hard-coding a block for all players named "Defender"It would be an honer to get picked.
This game at-least has some players, unlike some tribes inspired games out there we know.![]()
Not sure which maps you removed, but Outcast and Qualm still pop up.
yay!Map rotation was been updated. Stygian and Shoreline have been removed, Whiteout has been re-added, Forgotten has been lowered from 0.6 to 0.3, and Zenith's minimum player requirement has been lowered from 16 to 14.
This was done while Pop was sleeping. Don't hurt us, Pop.
