Are some qc option missing? I don't mean voice packs, but some actual phrases seem to be missing.

Which ones specifically?

It was something like "Don't return the flag yet", some flag related thing I rememebered. And "Humans taste like fish" <-Didn't look very hard for that one though.

The ones you are talking about belonged to the tribes voice packs, since tribes has been bought by highrise(highres?), they're not available to use.

I'm not knowledgeable in laws, but if the devs asked for their permission and they said yes, couldn't we use the voice packs in Legions then?
(although the chances of that are slim to none)

I meant officially, Daph. Like having it be a part of Legions by default, so it'll make sense when people combine [Alright!] and [Yeah!] to get [Ohh yeah!] because everyone will be able to hear that specific voice pack, instead of having it sound like [Ayea!] or something.
