More maneuverable than we are now is going to ruin the new bloods
"New bloods" are already "ruined". Natrually, with the extra degrees of movement L:O has, it will be harder to get a hang of than your average COD.
and make general warfare be even more ping dependant and chain hores.
It wont have much if any effect with ping so long as you're within the standard "descent" ping range (up to 130ish). Any above that, there's no reason to worry about what effect the high pingers will feel (sorry HPBs, gotta balance for the lower realm of pings). As for chain *lady friends*, it'll make chain whoring harder because rather than the little "dodges" we are capable of now, they'd be able to move significantly more, thus they wont be getting hit by the bullets the would normally have been hit by.
Less (I think you mean more here?) maneuverablity will be instarape for whoever doesn't use it.
Not really, because just like everyone else, they still need to be able to hit their targets to win. It will add another level of skill to learn in knowing when to use it (since it would probably include a cool down timer of some sort, and/or use energy). If someone is terribad with aim, but can maneuver well, I have no doubt someone with good aim and less maneuverability will win. If someone is good with aim and maneuvering, then good for them! That's the goal.
dodge core sounds just like IOD for other classes, but sounds better than more air control, but i dont like the idea of something spammy that is a crutch for actual dodging by guessing where your enemy will shoot.
I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to say here... but it sounds like you are worried a "dodge core" would be spammy and allow people to avoid getting hit all the time. That's not the case. A dodge core, as I said before, would have a cool down/energy use restriction. Of course, that would have to be decided upon if this core were ever implemented.
