Yeah I've seen a beta of an actual 'explorable' 3D desktop skin... ever since then I don't ask ;p I like the old icons and stuff, kindof a fan of the classic windows idea

Rainmeter gives you that bar.

I used the VS for quite a while. Glass Onion is better imo.

i used to spend time making my desktop pretty, when i actually used the desktop

Utterly awesome, though I'm not that minimalistic. Hands down, best one so far imo

massive spacescapes are not minimalism -_-
