What render settings should I use on Sony Vegas?

Which setting should I use?

When I save as an avi file the footage is stuffed up. When I save as an mp4 file the footage is pixelated. Help?

save as the same resolution as the video first then try which extension works best for you

.mp4 is the best

After you choose, you can select what resolution you want to save it to from the dropbox. But the point is, .mp4 all the way man.
