Weird Volume bug

Recently installed Windows 7 on my Laptop (it is legit). My Laptop has a a scroll thingy to change the volume. I noticed the other day that while playing the game, when I turn the volume down, quick chat activates and says one of the lines. Doesn't happen while playing the game on Vista so my guess is that it is Windows 7 with the game. Not that big of a deal, but does get annoying.

Yeah, I used to have that. I'm not sure what the solution is, but you could always turn off your quickchats.

I may want to email Microsoft though anyways. In vista, it came up with a gauge of how loud or quiet my volume was. In this, it doesn't show up.

EDIT: Fix'd. Seems like I didn't have an application for my volume. Installed it and it doesn't occur anymore.
