I think it's safe to say it'll be third-person. These types of games usually put a lot of emphasis on 3rd it seems (gta, infamous, prototype, saints row). With it being on PC maybe someone could hack in first person view.

This game doesn't need first person. Giving a third person perspective adds much more involvement to the game. That being said, I'm getting it as soon as it comes out. It would be cool to have a co-op mode where you can do this *chocolate cookies* with a friend. That would make it even more perfect.

Er... Quite the opposite actually?
No no don't get me wrong now! It's still not a bad thing being third person.
The third person is to give you in idea that you are following a character in a story rather than you being this "faceless" person goofing around.

I tend to keep my distance from 3rd person only games, but i still will pick this up.

Would love to see a 1st/3rd option.

It'd be something different and unique to the genre though. And it's also just another casual game and if the "parkouring" is anything like the type in AC3, then you won't even need eyes.
