Nonetheless, it's nice to see some of these patent wars get resolved. They ultimately hurt innovation, which hurts us, the consumer.

How does denying innovation not hurt the customer then?

Implying any of both companies are innovative.
Also kind of stupid to say you are 'hurt' because some giant companies are sueing each other for some stupid patents they licensed at a given time. I think is weird that people are genuinly interested in these kinds of things.
