By Rockets you mean the Trail Right? If so you go to live<legions<data<shapes<weapons<rocketlauncher<rockettrail0
And you just mod it with gimp/photoshop w.e

Unlimited OD - set the option that sets overdrive to damage health to false.
Lock on rockets - ask someone else

I thought I'd compile a list of the server mods so it's easier to find them, along with a short description. I will update this as soon as I see a new server modification released.

Content Mods:

• Defender's Mod - Adds new classes/deployables.

Server Modifications:

• TrU PhX - Projectiles inherit 100% of the player's velocity.
• Easy Mode - Changes various aspects of each class, weapon, and flag physics.

Maps:

• The App Map - Snow based map similar to Frostbyte, but with more hills.

No. Not that I don't want to, just that I don't have any idea how.

search players in public test and go to outrider set overdrivedamage to false

lock on rockets anyone?
