Got DirectX already. I posted the error and the a jpg of it. If you could take a look and see if you have a solution for it i'd be more then grateful. Thank you.

If the game tries to load then fails, then it might be an Intel GPU? I saw a similar problem with a notebook with an Intel GPU.

Did you extract the legionsoverdrive.zip into a directory thou?

I would like to play this game but I have the similar problem with the launcher:
I can download the game, see the "PLAY" screen, press play and legions.exe crash directly (AppName: legions.exe Offset: 00161c3a)

Maybe try running Legions as admin, and meanwhile upload your full computer specs from Dxdiag.
