Not sure if it's been mentioned before, but while in the SG server on Elegiac awhile ago, none of us that were in there could throw a grenade or flag. It was very strange. Has this been discussed?

Just to clear this up, this problem has arose many times on that particular server, and the only way to "fix" it is to contact GReaper and tell ask him very nicely to reset the server
