Yesterday I was doing some browsing and was wondering were the Tribes community went too or where did they move on too, after the failure of TV everybody kinda went in there own direction.
I went with some friends to play BF, and ever since then I have felt lost playing game after game and basically feeling like the same ol thing over and over again.

But now its totally diffrent I logged into a server that wasnt so populated I wanted to try to re-learn how to move around and shoot properly at high speeds, luckily I was able to find a group of people that didnt mind explaining me how to get my settings how it was in Tribes so I can feel comfortable and sure enough with in minutes I was skying at a fast pace, not as smooth as before but with some practice I am sure I can get the hang of it. Unfortunaly I was not able to talk anymore becuase I think my chat window was locked up some how after the second map.

But over all wonderful experience I will be calling my old T2 buddies and let them know the good news, they have been feeling that empty gaming feeling as well.

thank you for bring back the fast paced CTF back into our lives.

Texas, huh? We have a lot of players from Texas. Heya Zepol, welcome to our community. If you wanna jump in on the fun, here's what you do:

If you don't have TeamSpeak3 downloaded yet, you should, because this is where we hang out and play together. You can download it at www.teamspeak.org. The information is in this thread. Or I can just post it here.

Feel free to ask anyone in our community to show you the ropes of this game. It should be pretty quick for you since you have Tribes background. I'm also sure you're familiar with pickup games or PUGs. We also play those regularely in our TeamSpeak3 server, so hop in our pickup channel and join the fun if you see some people on! If you don't know what a PUG is, you can find information on them here. I'll also be around for most of the time during the weekend, so if you want to ask me anything about our positions and stuff, feel free to ask me or anyone else.

That's about it... Its really fun once you're on a team and start playing in organized games, I promise you. Our list of teams can be found here, but those are not all of them. If you can get your tribes buddies to come alone as well, that's even better!

Again, welcome to the community!

Hello! First of all welcome. Second: Im from Oklahoma, so I'm pretty close to Texas for some of your geography buffs out there, and I've found that on weekdays it's usually after 6 till whenever people decide to get off on that night. On weekends its fair game and its hard to predict. But find me in game some time and we'll play
