if the graphics are not copyrighted somehow, we are allowed to draw our own graphics that look like legioniares for example, put it on a t-shirt we buy, and wear it....selling though I'm not sure (don't think it does harm to sell it for the price you make and ship it at a.k.a. nonprofit like wOOt said), and I don't think I would anywayChi-Ro, you can't sell stuff that you don't own, no matter for how much.
