Alternatively, mobilize all of the active legionairres to e-mail IAC an 'inquiry about the IP of FE:L'. Me and other people that have played Fury MMO (before it was shut down completely) have done the mass e-mailing thing and got a reply regarding the game IP being 'on sale', but with no company being interested. The e-mails weren't some copy-paste spam but legitimate inquiries from different individuals.

So... yeah, there's always a way to do something.
