How do i get rid of skins for the character?

If they are custom skins you added all you need to do is delete the skin files you modified/replaced, then run the legions updater and it will download the missing standard skin files automatically.

no like the standard skins> that comes with legions. how do i get rid of those?

You can't. If you delete the skins then how will the characters show up?

If you mean the old standard instant action skins (brownish color), then just copy and rename all the raider skin files to that brownish color skin file name.
