Don't worry, you don't need to be on the list to play. According to Ucan, everyone who shows up on the release day will be able to PUG atleast once.

If I haven't seen you on TS3 and know you haven't played a PUG before, you're not going on the list. However, you'll be able to play if you come on TS3 on the day of the PUG.
