This question is mainly appointed to GReaper:
Is it possible to make a server that's dedicaded for PUG/Scrimm use only (ie. no teapots nor uninvited guests)?
It might encourage people to arrange more PUGs if there's always room availible for them, after "couple" months downtime I'd guess people are anxious to get on with competetive gameplay instead of hoping to run into good games at public servers (where some players, such as myself, MIGHT occasionally get frustrated* due to huge skill gap between Alpha & Beta).
