Do you guys think that Legions maps could be made in Unity 3d?

It is free but I don't know if this could support making maps for the Engine that Legions is running on.

No. Maps for legions can only be made in FELT9.

.mis .ter and _sg.ml : map files in legions, you can't build them in any other program except FELT09. Don't worry, nobody is playing custom maps anyway! (we don't even play official maps- that tells us a lot about players around here...)
If the devs clear out the current confusion and start working again; you guys will be blown away with what is coming up

Yar, i don't think you could save the maps as .mis files.

Sadly no, it isn't a Torque based engine, only a Legions-made map editor can be used.
