PLEASE HELP ME! I can't open the game :( How?

I can't open the game everytime I double click the launcher it keeps saying;

"The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail."

Please help me..

This thread should be moved to the Bug Reports section but here's a little video of how its done, if you still get the problem after this download DirectX or Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package (x86) or Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Redistributable Package or Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (web installer).

Just create a sub-folder and extract it to there and see how it goes, if nothing happens try one of the downloads above..
