Ping problem

hey guys i have a ping problem i had on justice servers 124 ping now is over 200+ HELP


are they moving the servers ?

I tried helping, all i get is Destination address unreachable, asked in IRC, never got an asnwer D:

On all six IPs, Utada? Wow. Sounds like something must be wrong on your end, but sorry; I've no idea how to troubleshoot that.
