Need help on scripting

I'v kinda already made a thread on this but can any scripters out there just give me a little bit of a tutorial kinda thing how to make your first script. I know it's alot to it but a little talk through would help me out alot.

theres the database for scripting torque, honestly I don't know what to tell you for scripting as for tutorials other then you have to probably start from the basics.
