My speedometer is gone

I can't tell how fast i'm going i cant see my speed,also idk if the compass ever worked or not but tht also doesn't work

Don't need to tell how fast you're going.
Just need the 'Velocity Warning' to know you're going (average) fast.

Have you changed any files recently(specifically HUD files)?

yea changed'em a while ago

Do have to remove the files and revert them back to the normal ones to see my speedometer

Make a backup copy of your current HUD folder. Then revert the original files back to their original state to see if it fixes anything. If not, it must be something else.

how do i revert it back to normal?

Go back to the original HUD folder, right click, go to properties, make sure Read Only isn't checked off. Start the launcher. It should overwrite the modified files to their original form. Start the game and see if it's fixed.

You only have to make a copy of your HUD folder if you don't want to lose any custom files. If you don't care and the problem is fixed, you can just delete the copied folder.

Please let me know if the problem is fixed.
