Since it's your first try, it's nice. I'd rather like it more simple actually. You can also get ideas by seeing how others have made reticles by looking in here. http://forums.legionsoverdrive.com/forums/modifications/

Looks like it would hinder visibility too much. Is it semi-transparent?
