I'll give you some info on why the skin is like this.

The reason why it's so black......
I Din't know how to do what was all in the tutorial "How to Mod skins".
I basically, used adjustments then curves to change the color of the DDS skin file, i changed the color of all of the DDS files in heads and body.

This is what came out.
