Mouse sensitivity issue

I am having problems with the mouse sensitivity in-game. Even if I set the sensitivity to 100, it still moves at a slow pace. When i checked my settings in the lobby, i noticed that my sensitivity is set back to 0.

Can anyone help me figure out why it resets and/or why it is slow even if set to 100?

After you ajust your mouse speed, don't rush to exit with your [ESC] button, it might help

yes basically. But, never the less, it's still slow.

This is how i do it during a match:

1. I press ESC.
2. I click Options.
3. I put the mouse sensitivity to 100.
4. I press Back.
5. I press Back again.

And, its still slow as hell T_T.
