Yes there is; at least I know there is for CraftBukkit. But this seems to be MC Classic so idk

Yeh you can get a mod that turns pictures into MC art on classic.. When I used to play with Pox griefing, I used to see it all the time
But, I dont know about this one.. Pretty cool if you did build it but..

I did it all by hand ill do /b and take a picture to show u
plusi used mc structurer manager to get it into like a grid and then i used the grided image to build it on mc
