well another possibility is somoene fired a rocket near him.. if he tossed a nade out that guy near the flag was firing rockets close to him.. if one of those even comes close to a nade it detonates it... but the person firing the rockets doesn't get the credit cause the nade wasn't his.

Yes, because he shot one and MA'd himself with it. Going faster than projectile and then hitting it with his chest. It seems it's a bug and I have never seen that happen before.

Ahh, thought I said something wrong there. Happens to me a lot but it doesn't hit me.. The rocket comes out from behind my head after I shoot, but thats just New Zealand connection and horrible ping...
