Looking for Torque developers for an aerial TBS game based on conservation of momentum

(Whew, long title).

Hi folks, I'm developing an aerial turn based strategy game that focuses on maneuvering aircraft by manipulating their flight path vectors in a turn-based environment. An understanding of conservation of momentum would be vital to being a good pilot; flight necessitates this understanding as you trade energy for altitude and altitude for energy.

I need a programmer/Torque developer to assist me in creating a conceptual iteration that focuses on the user's interpretation of three dimensional shapes and data.

Here you can view the art that has been created for the game thus far, and watch a few videos I've made explaining the concept, the movement system I'd like to implement, etc. I currently have one license to the Torque 3D engine and have been working my way through that.

I wouldn't know much about Torque-script, so I cant offer any help.
It does look pretty nice for a first impression, Those floating land structures (I think) do look really nice.
