Meh, I want a loading screen which shows the screenshot of the next map (or the current map when you are joining a server). It may have the name of the next map and the information of the server.

Most definitely. It's on the list; not sure how far down said list, though.
Pester Mabe and DG in IRC, and tell them I told you to pester them (bwahaha). If there's one thing that gets people working, it's being pestered. Of course, it might get you banned from IRC if Mabe's in a bad mood. =)
Also, "pester" is a fun word.

You should go into Spectator Mode and take a cool-looking picture of Nivosus and put it into your screenshot.

i made it pink.
i'm not sure how that makes it less bad but... it's pink now.
there are those snapshots in that map somewhere in the legions folder, use those? one on the loading screen to each map and one in the server list, sweet.
also off topic: but having loadouts in the server menu as well
