Those have some nice touches, looks like you effectively re-created the logo in illustrator. Some of this stuff looks worthy of official background.

needs more cowbell

texture wise its cool but its rather chaotic and theres just really no focus. you need to follow rules and principles of design. first off dark text over dark background usually is hard to read. Between the debris, logo mask, lightning strike they are all competing to get your attention.
